DigiSellos General information.
 

How will I know if my order was processed correctly? -  You will receive a confirmation email at the time of placing your order. If you have not received it, your order may not be confirmed, so we advise you to contact us.

How can I check the status of my order? -  At any time you can log into your account, click on your account and then click on your order history.

Number of items in your order -  If you need to make more than one rubber stamp with the same design, attach the stamp model and indicate the amount you want. If you need several rubber stamps with different designs, you will have to add a stamp for each different design.

Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed? -  To meet our fast response times, orders are put into production almost immediately once the order is placed. Therefore, if you need to make a change to your order, we will not be able to do so unless we receive an email with the requested modifications by responding to the Email that you will receive confirmation of your order within a period of less than 1 hour of placing your order.

 
 
File types and minimum recommended quality.
 

File types allowed -  JPG, PNG, GIF, CDR, AI, EPS, TIF, PSD and PDF files can be uploaded directly to the site during your stamp customization. If you are going to use the stamp designer, we recommend PNG or JPG files.

What is the minimum quality or resolution that my file should have? -  All images used must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi to reproduce on a stamp. Your order may be delayed if the design you send us does not meet these specifications. In this case we will contact you by email or by phone.

Can I use copyrighted images? -  You are solely responsible for the correct use of images protected by copyright or any other applicable law. The use of this type of images must be duly authorized by the owner of the images.

 
 
How much time does my order take to arrive?
 

Standard delivery -  The estimated delivery time is 4/6 days (not including weekends and holidays). These orders are shipped the same day if they are placed before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Orders over 49.95 £ shipping is free.

Express delivery -  The estimated delivery time is 2 days (not including weekends and holidays). These orders are shipped the same day if they are placed before 2:00 PM from Monday to Friday (except holidays). Orders over € 49.95 £ shipping is free.

 
 

How I can keep track of my order?
 
Once your order is placed in DigiSellos, we will proceed with the manufacturing of the order. If you have requested a sample of a personalized stamp, the design will be sent to you by email and we will wait for you to confirm it, keep in mind that the design sample request may delay the production process, which may delay delivery of your request. Once the process is finished it will be packaged and we will create a shipping order for the collection of the transport company, which will send you an SMS or Email with the details of your expedition. The transport company will send you an email with the shipping number and tracking link.
To find the tracking number of your order you must access your account and go to the option: My Orders - View Order - Shipments - Track my shipment.
 
 
Payment methods.
 
Payment can be made by choosing any of the following options:

-  Credit Card through secure server.
-  PayPalThe safest way to pay online.
Cash on Delivery, pay your order upon receipt.

 

How can I make a request?
 

You can complete your order in multiple ways depending on the type of product selected since certain products do not have customization included such as ink bottles or ink pads for stamps. Other customizable products instead should include customization as is the case with custom stamps.

Non-customizable products - Simply add the product with the necessary options if included and complete your order.

Customizable products - In this case the process is somewhat more complex since we have several customization options. If you do not use the stamp designer, simply indicate the information to be included in your stamp and we will take care of everything and if you wish we will send you a previous sample of the design before manufacturing your stamp. If, on the other hand, you want to see and design your rubber stamp yourself, you only have to use the DESIGN option that you will see in most products on the web that allow customization.
