Characteristics of date stamps
Wide variety of sizes to choose from
Each company has different needs and preferences. For this reason, the same date stamps may not apply to all of them. The designers of date stamps know this and that is why they offer us a large selection so that we can choose the one that best suits our style.
Thus, Whether we need a stamp that is very large or one that is a little smaller, we can take a look at the entire catalog of stamps to find one that fits that size.
Taking care of all the details is very important, a label may seem secondary to us but then, when it comes to the truth, it is not.
Ease of use
One of the most important additional functions is the possibility of being able to change the date before sealing. This can be very practical to avoid having to additionally indicate the date on the document and helps save time. In addition, the date bands have a plastic coating to prevent fingers from getting ink stains when changing the date.
But not only do they let us customize the date. There are some models of rubber stamps called imprints that allow us to choose the type of text that we are going to use.
One of the main characteristics that a date stamp offers us is how easy it is to use. Any type of person, even if they have never used it in their work, will immediately learn how its mechanism works.
We have already mentioned that date stamps are essential in any job: that is why employees have to get used to using them.
Personalization.
The interesting thing about the date stamp is that they allow us to stamp the date on any type of document. For example, if the transport arrives to deliver a package, using a date stamp model we will record exactly the date on which it was delivered (in this way we will avoid problems in the future).
When customizing our date stamp we can choose the color of the ink, the type of frame or outline. We also have the possibility to attach our company logo.
