Shiny Dry Seal EH.

The Shiny EH dry stamp is a very solid steel embossed stamp especially suitable for high-weight papers and cardboards. Thanks to its reinforced design, it ensures long durability, quality, and rigidity. It incorporates a new and revolutionary mechanism. It requires 30% less pressure than competing models, which facilitates easy, clear, and sharp marking. Therefore, it prints in relief with less effort when compared to other mechanisms from other brands. It is suitable for high-weight paperboards up to 350 g/m2.

Its great advantage is that it accepts the exchange of tweezers of different sizes and designs. In other words, with a single saw we can use as many different tweezers as we want. The available sizes are round with a diameter of 50 mm and square with a size of 50×50 mm.

The marking of the paper is performed approximately 35 mm from the edge, regardless of the position of the marking in the document.

The lever is covered with a rubber protection for a smoother use of the dry-impact seal. Thanks to this detail, the embossed seal marks thicker paper and thicker papers than usual with deeper embossing and in a more comfortable way.

The Shiny EH dry seal has a locking tab to keep it closed. It is shipped in a reinforced cardboard box that includes instructions for use and where we can store our seal when it is not in use.

All embossed seal models come with a range of replacement clamps with different sizes and shapes. This means that we can have several clamps for a single pliers and swap them out. Please see the section Accessories for dry stamps.

IMPORTANT

Keep in mind the importance of determining the position of the marking in the document. Once mounted, it cannot be modified. You understand that a raised stamp selected for marking in the bottom margin would be reversed if you ultimately use it to mark the top margin.

You must take into account the approximate weight of the paper to be marked; the plate recording is performed with greater or lesser depth depending on the substrate to be marked. For example, if a thick paper is chosen, the engraving will be correct for that type of paper, but the same stamp used on papers of lower weight could end up perforating it.
