Shiny dry seal clip for EM-ED-EG models

The EM-ED-EG shiny dry seal clamp has the advantage of being replaceable with any other EM-ED-EG shiny embossed seal clamp available in different sizes and shapes, as they are made from very solid steel. The replacement is done in just a few seconds thanks to its lever-mounted fixing system. Simply press to remove the installed clamp and install the new one. Thanks to its reinforced design, it ensures long durability, quality, and rigidity.

The great advantage of the Shiny dry stamps is that they accept the exchange of sets of tweezers of different sizes and designs. In other words, with a single lever we can use as many different tweezers as we want. The available sizes are 41 mm diameter, 50 mm diameter, rectangular 50×25 mm and square 41×41 mm.

Process for replacing the shiny dry seal pin EM-ED-EG.

1.- Place the lever Shiny on a level and firm surface like a table.

2.- Press the embossed shiny seal clip with two fingers to join the two parts of the engraved plate and thus remove the clip from the notches provided by the lever. Once unlocked, you just have to pull the clip outwards. If you have followed these steps, the clip should now be out of its marked position.

3.- Hold the new embossed clip to install with your fingers and press it to bring both plates closer together. The clip has holes on the bottom that must match the samples on the lever in the clip housing. Please note that the position must be correct; otherwise the shiny dry seal clip EM-ED-EG will not be able to be installed properly.

4.- Gently push the shiny dry seal clip for EM-ED-EG models into its correct housing. Check that the notches on the lever have been inserted into the holes in the clip on the bottom plate. Now your seal is ready to be used and to make thousands of markings on paper or cardstock.

All embossed seal models come with a range of replacement tweezers with different sizes and shapes. This means that we can have several tweezers for a single tweezers and swap them out. Please see the section Accessories for dry stamps.

IMPORTANT:

Keep in mind the importance of determining the positioning of the marking in the document. Once mounted, it cannot be modified. You understand that a raised stamp selected for marking in the bottom margin would be reversed if you ultimately use it to mark the top margin.

You must take into account the approximate weight of the paper to be marked; the plate recording is performed with greater or lesser depth depending on the substrate to be marked. For example, if a thick paper is chosen, the engraving will be correct for that type of paper, but the same stamp used on papers of lower weight could end up perforating it.
