Date stamps are items that are considered essential when running a business. Among other things, they help us save time when we have to process an order.

Furthermore, these stamps lend a company an air of distinction and professionalism. We will now go on to discuss all these features in detail.
Features of date stamps
A wide range of sizes to choose from
Every company has different needs and preferences. For this reason, the same date stamps may not be suitable for all of them. The designers of these date stamps are aware of this, which is why they offer us a wide selection so that we can choose the one that best suits our style.

In this way, Whether we need a very large stamp or a slightly smaller one, we can browse the entire catalogue of stamps to find one that fits that size.

Paying attention to every detail is very important; a stamp might seem like a minor detail, but when it really matters, it isn’t.
Ease of use
One of the most important additional features is the ability to change the date before proceeding with the sealing. This can be very handy as it means you don’t have to write the date on the document separately, and it helps save time. What’s more, the date strips have a plastic coating to prevent your fingers from getting ink on them when you change the date.

But it’s not just the date that we can personalise. There are some types of rubber stamps, known as ‘imprint stamps’, which allow us to choose the type of text we are going to use.

One of the main features of a date stamp is how easy it is to use. Anyone, even if they have never used one at work before, will quickly learn how it works.

We have already mentioned that time stamps are essential in any workplace: that is why employees need to get used to using them.
Customisation
The interesting thing about date stamps is that they allow us to to enter the date on any type of document. For example, if a courier arrives to deliver a parcel, we will use a date stamp to record the exact date on which it was delivered (this will help us avoid problems in the future).

When customising our date stamp, we can choose the ink colour and the type of frame or outline. We also have the option of adding our company logo.
Some incredible prices
We are living in times when businesses are finding it extremely difficult to keep going: with tax rises and falling profits, it seems they cannot get back on their feet.

That is why the prices of office supplies have fallen considerably: among them, date stamps.

We’ve already mentioned that there are a wide variety of styles… but you should also be aware that they come in a range of prices. This means they’ll suit any business’s budget perfectly.
