Ex Libris Serpiente

Seal Ex Libris Serpent.

The snakes (Snakes) u ofidios (Ophidia) are a subfamily of saurópodes (reptiles) diapsids belonging to the order Squamata, of the superorder Lepidosauria, characterized by the absence of legs (the python maintains tiny vestigial limbs, a legacy of its evolutionary past) and the body is very elongated. They originated in the Cretaceous period. More than 450 genera and 3460 species are recognized. It is believed that snakes derive from some type of lizard, but the exact details of their origin are unclear.

Ex libris It is a Latin phrase that literally means "from among the books of," that is, a book originating from among the books of a public or private library. The Ex Libris snake is a property mark that is usually placed on the back of the cover or the lid of a book. It contains the name of the owner of the copy or the library owner.

The design is laser-engraved onto high-quality rubber, which ensures high-definition detail on our stamp. The relief of approximately 1 mm guarantees clean and clear impressions. We do not use the transparent polymer resins commonly employed by other manufacturers for this purpose.
