Your satisfaction is our commitment and therefore if the product received is not completely to your liking, we will refund your money, it's that simple! However, most of our products are personalized exclusively for you, so keep these in mind. important considerations:
The customer may use the return option provided that the supplied product DO NOT be personalized, requesting said return through E-mail to the following address devoluciones@digisellos.es, Our department will indicate the process to follow, and returns that do not complete this process will not be authorized. Returns made within 72 business hours of receiving the product will be accepted. The return will only be accepted by DigiStamps if the merchandise is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. Our Customer Service department will be responsible for approving the return if it meets the requirements.
In the event of a manufacturing defect, we will send you a new product, and the defective product must be returned upon delivery of the new product.
In case of return, the cost of transport will be borne by the customer; likewise, other expenses such as management of refunds already made, will be deducted from the total amount of the return. Once the material has been received in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, the payment will be made within a maximum period of 14 days.
Returns of the following products will not be accepted:
- Products that are subject to a special order (not included in the catalogue). In orders of unusual products in stock, returns will NOT be accepted for any reason. To find out if a product is in regular stock or not, check with our sales representatives.
- Products whose exterior has been specifically customized for the end customer.
- Products whose purchase has been made under confirmed order and that once purchased have been discontinued.

What is your Returns Policy?

Can any item be returned?
We are sorry to tell you no. We work with a large number of products specifically customized for you. These are our exceptions:
- Products that are subject to a special order (not included in the catalogue). In orders of unusual products in stock, returns will NOT be accepted for any reason. To find out if a product is in regular stock or not, check with our sales representatives.
- Products whose exterior has been specifically customized for the end customer.
- Products whose purchase has been made under confirmed order and that once purchased have been discontinued.
When will I receive my refund?
Regardless of the return method, all money refunds will be effective after 7 working days and if withdrawal is required, the period will be counted from when the merchandise is collected at the customer's address.
NOTE: If you have made the return of the items through the post offices, the money refunds will be effective after 14 working days from the moment the merchandise is received in our DIGISELLOS store.
Refund Methods
Once the return has been processed and the refund has been issued, it may take longer for your bank to make the refund amount available to you:
- Credit card -> Between three and thirty working days depending on the conditions of the card.
- Debit -> Up to ten working days.
- Bank Transfer -> Up to ten working days.
- Cash payment (only for store returns) -> At the time of return.
- PAYPAL–> The refund will be credited to your card, bank account or PayPal account balance, depending on the original payment method. Refunds can take up to 30 days to appear on your statement.
The product I have purchased is damaged. What I can do?
All our items are subjected to rigorous quality tests, if you think your product may have a defect, take it to your nearest DIGISELLOS store so that our colleagues can assess it personally and give you a solution. Remember to bring the purchase receipt or invoice!
If the damage has been in the shipment, you must reflect on the delivery note any visible damage at the time of delivery.
In the case of non-visible damage, please contact contact with us as soon as possible.
We remind you that all our products have at least a two-year guarantee.
Do DIGISELLOS products have a profit?
Of course! The guarantee of your product begins the same day of purchase. To exercise the guarantee right, the receipt or purchase invoice is essential..
We are so confident in the quality of our products that many of them come with an extended warranty.
A part or product is missing in my package. What should I do?
Are you missing a screw or do you need a loose part? Don't worry, we have the replacement parts you need to get your rubber stamp looking like new.
You can get the product you are missing by sending us an E-mail to incidences@digisellos.es We will send it to your home in a few days for free.
Does home delivery cover damage to products?
Check the deadlines and claim methods in case of visible and hidden damage.
Look at this! When you receive your items check that everything is correct. Any visible damage or loss must be noted on the delivery note so that we can record what has happened.
