FAQ
How will I know if my order was processed correctly?
You will receive a confirmation email at the time you place your order. If you have not received it, it is possible that your order has not been confirmed, so we advise you to contact us.
Can I make changes to my order once it has been placed?
To meet our fast turnaround times, orders are processed almost immediately after they are placed. Therefore, if you need to make a change to your order, we will not be able to do so unless we receive an email with the requested changes by responding to the order confirmation email you will receive within one hour of placing your order.
Number of items in your order
If you need to make more than one rubber stamp with the same design, attach the stamp model and indicate the quantity you want. If you need multiple rubber stamps with different designs, you will need to add a stamp for each different design.
How can I check the status of my order?
At any time, you can log in to your account, click on your account, and then click on your order history. There you'll find all the information regarding the status or approval of your design.

¿How much time does my order take to arrive?
standard delivery - The estimated delivery time is 48-72 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). These orders are shipped the same day if placed before 14:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping is free for orders over €49,90 (mainland Spain).
Express delivery - The estimated delivery time is 24 hours (excluding weekends and holidays). These orders are shipped the same day if placed before 14:00 PM, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays). Shipping is free for orders over €49,90 (mainland Spain).
How can I place an order?
You can complete your order at DigiStamps.es in multiple ways depending on the type of product selected since certain products do not have personalization included, such as ink bottles or ink pads for stamps. Other customizable products, on the other hand, must include customization, as is the case with personalized stamps.
Non-customizable products – Simply add the product with the necessary options if they are included and complete your order.
Customizable products – In this case, the process is somewhat more complex since we have several customization options. If you do not use the stamp designer, simply indicate the information to include in your stamp and we will take care of everything and if you wish, we will send you a preliminary sample of the design before manufacturing your stamp. If, on the other hand, you want to see and design your own rubber stamp, you only have to use the DESIGN option that you will see in most products on the web that allow customization.
Allowed file types
JPG, PNG, GIF, CDR, AI, EPS, TIF, PSD, and PDF files can be uploaded directly to the site when customizing your stamp. If you're using the stamp designer, we recommend PNG or JPG files.
What is the minimum quality or resolution my file should have?
All images used must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi to be reproduced on a stamp. Your order may be delayed if the design you submit does not meet these specifications. In this case, we will contact you by email or phone.
Can I use copyrighted images?
You are solely responsible for your authorized use of images protected by copyright or other applicable law. Use of such images must be authorized by the copyright owner.
How I can keep track of my order?
Once your order is received in DigiStamps.es We will proceed with the manufacturing process. If you have requested a sample of a personalized stamp, the design will be sent to you by email, and we will wait for your confirmation. Please note that requesting a design sample may delay the production process, which may delay the delivery of your order. Once the process is complete, it will be packaged, and we will create a shipping order for collection by the shipping company.
