Shipping & Returns

  • Shipping and Delivery

    Be sure to indicate a valid delivery address, otherwise your order could be returned to our facilities, so we ask you to carefully review the shipping details before confirming the order. The delivery times indicated correspond to business days, not counting Saturdays, Sundays or holidays, whether national or local, in this period. Delivery times are indicative, and all our efforts are directed towards compliance, although sometimes, for reasons beyond DigiSellos, they are not met. The customer does not have the right to request a return of the order due to delayed delivery due to reasons beyond DigiSellos.

    If you choose the payment option by bank transfer, after completing it, you must send a copy of the payment receipt by email to contabilidad@digisellos.com. The delivery period will not begin to count until the transfer is confirmed. Payments by credit card, Paypal or cash on delivery are automatically confirmed, put into production and shipped immediately. In case of delay DigiSellos will contact you to inform you about the details of your shipment.

    Orders placed from Monday to Thursday from 14:00 will be processed the next day and between 14:00 on Friday and 00:00 on Sunday will be processed on Monday. The shipping price is fixed regardless of the number of items you purchase, being free in case your order exceeds the amount for free shipping.

  • Product Returns

    In the event that the requested order has any manufacturing defect or error, you have 72 hours from receipt of the order to make the claim, after this period we will understand that everything is correct. The order must be inspected at the reception to ensure that it has not been hit or manipulated during transport, indicating any incident on the delivery note before signing it. In DigiSellos we boast of satisfied customers and therefore if the product received is not completely to your liking we will refund your money, it's that simple! Just keep these considerations in mind:

    • Claims made within 72 hours of receipt of the product will be accepted. The return will only be accepted by DigiSellos if the merchandise is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. Likewise, prior notification will be necessary, by sending an email to pedidos@digisellos.com, our Customer Service department will be in charge of approving the return if the requirements are met.
    • In case of return, the cost of transport will always be borne by the customer. Likewise, the amount of transportation for the first delivery and other expenses such as refund management will be discounted from the total amount of the return. Once the material is received in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, the payment will be made.
    • Returns of the following products will not be accepted: Products that include any type of customization for the client, products used or without the original packaging in which they have been delivered, products that are the subject of a special order (not included in the catalog) and products whose purchase has been made under confirmed order and that once purchased have been discontinued. In the orders of unusual products in stock, returns will NOT be accepted for any reason. To find out if a product is in regular stock or not, consult our sales representatives.
