Shiny dry seal clamp for EH models
The shiny EH dry stamp clamp has the advantage of being able to be replaced by any other shiny EH relief stamp clamp of the different sizes and shapes available, since they are made of very solid steel. The exchange is done in just a few seconds thanks to its fixing system to the lever. Simply push out the installed caliper and install the new one. Thanks to its reinforced design, it ensures long durability, quality and rigidity.
The great advantage of the Shiny EH dry stamps is that they accept the interchangeability of sets of collets of different sizes and designs. That is, with a single lever we can use as many different clamps as we want. Available sizes are 50mm diameter and 50×50mm square.
Replacement process of the EH shiny dry seal clamp.
1.- Place the lever Shiny on a clear, firm surface such as a table.
2.- Press the shiny EH relief seal clip with two fingers to join the two parts of the engraved plate and thus remove the clip from the notches on the lever. Once unlocked you just have to pull the clamp outwards. If you have followed these steps the clamp should now be out of its marking position.
3.- Hold the new embossed clamp to be installed with your fingers and press it to bring both plates closer together. The caliper has hooks at the bottom that must coincide with the bar that has the lever in the caliper housing. Keep in mind that the position must be correct, otherwise it will not be possible to install the shiny EH dry seal clamp properly.
4.- Gently push the shiny dry seal clamp for EH models until it is properly located. Check that the notches in the lever have been inserted into the holes in the caliper in the bottom plate. Now your stamp is ready to be used and make thousands of marks on paper or cardboard.
All Shiny EH embossed stamp models have a range of replacement clips in different sizes and shapes. So we can have several clamps for a single clamp and exchange them. See the section Accessories for dry stamps.
Keep in mind the importance of determining the position of the markup in the document. Once mounted it cannot be modified. Understand that a embossed stamp selected to mark the bottom margin would be inverted if we eventually used it to mark the top margin.
You must take into account the approximate weight of the paper to be marked, since the recording of the plate is made with greater or lesser depth depending on the support to be marked. For example, if a thick paper is chosen, the engraving will be correct for that type of paper, but the same stamp used on paper with a lower grammage could perforate it.
