Once your order is received in DigiStamps We will proceed with its manufacture. Once the process is complete, it will be packaged, and we will create a shipping order for pickup by the shipping company. The shipping company will send you an SMS or email with the details of your shipment. You can track your order online. HERE

Once your order is placed, we'll get started and begin the manufacturing process. If you requested a sample of a custom stamp via email, we'll send you the design and wait for your approval. Please note that this may delay the production of your stamp, as we'll need your confirmation that the design is correct. Once the process is complete, the shipping company will pick up your order and handle the delivery.

The transport company will send you an SMS with the shipment number and tracking link to the mobile phone number you provide.

At any time you can log in to your account, click on your account and then click on your order history. This way you will know in which process your order is at all times.

If you need to make more than one rubber stamp with the same design, attach the stamp model and indicate the quantity you want. If you need multiple rubber stamps with different designs, you will need to add a stamp for each different design.

To meet our delivery times, orders are put into production immediately once the order is placed. If you need to make a change to your order, we will not be able to do so unless you contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

You can complete your order at DigiStamps in multiple ways depending on the type of product selected since certain products do not have personalization included, such as ink bottles or ink pads for stamps. Other customizable products, on the other hand, must include customization, as is the case with personalized stamps.

• Non-customizable products – Simply add the product with the necessary options if they are included and complete your order.
• Customizable products – In this case, the process is somewhat more complex, as we offer several customization options. If you don't use the stamp designer, simply indicate the information you want to include on your stamp, and we'll take care of everything. If you wish, we can send you a preview of the design before manufacturing your stamp. If, on the other hand, you'd like to see and design your own rubber stamp, simply use the DESIGN option, which you'll find on most products on the website that allow customization.

JPG, PNG, GIF, CDR, AI, EPS, TIF, PSD, SVG, and PDF files can be uploaded directly to the site during the stamp customization process. If you're using the stamp designer, we recommend PNG, JPG, SVG, and PDF files.

All images used must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi to be reproduced on a stamp. Your order may be delayed if the design you submit does not meet these specifications. In this case, we will contact you by email or phone.

You are solely responsible for the proper use of images protected by copyright or any other applicable law. The use of such images must have the express authorization of the copyright holder.

Payment can be made by choosing any of the following methods:

• Credit Card through secure server.
• PayPal. The safest way to pay online.
• Bank Transfer to the account number that we will indicate when confirming your order.
• Cash on delivery, pay your order when you receive it.
• Bizum through your phone.
