Our sales made through the web https://www.sellos-caucho.com/ are subject to the GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE that are indicated below and that prevail over all conditions of purchase, except for modifications formally accepted by DigiSellos.

Our products are exclusively aimed at private and professional clients (Administrations, Companies, Associations, Freelancers, Artisans, Traders and liberal Professions).

PRICES - The sale prices of our catalogs include VAT, and are expressed in Euros. The prices, which appear in our sales documents, are guaranteed for the duration of their validity, except for printing errors.

WARRANTIES - All products sold by DigiSellos they enjoy the own guarantee offered by their manufacturers and all our Clients are covered by Law 23/2003 of 20.07.2003 on Sales Guarantees.

RESPONSIBILITY - DigiSellos will not be, in any case, responsible for any damages of any nature, that could derive from an inadequate use of the products.

TRANSFER OF OWNERSHIP - The client agrees that the shipping conditions for all the Products are FOB (Free on Board) starting point and the transfer of risks and expenses to the client occurs at the time that DigiSellos delivers the order to the carrier.
For any Product that must be offered to the customer in electronic format, the customer agrees that the delivery of said product must be considered completed:
   - At the moment in which we transmit the Product through e-mail or any other type of electronic communication addressed to the client or,
   - At the moment in which we transmit a notification to the client informing him that the Product is available on our Site to be downloaded.
Manufacture, shipping and delivery of your orders.
The customer is solely responsible for the data provided for the manufacture of their stamps, as well as the images and logos used to design them. You will be solely responsible for using images that are free of copyright or if they are subject to said rights, have the property or authorization of the owner to use them. Images used as logos must be monochrome, images in color or grayscale are not valid. The use of invalid images will lead to redesign work that may delay the delivery of your shipments. Characters less than 2 millimeters in size (Stamp Designer Size - Each square represents 1 mm.) Will not be legible, so we recommend using a minimum size greater than that indicated when adding text to your design. The lack or error in the data supplied for the manufacture of the stamps will not give the right to cancel or return the order once confirmed, pay special attention to the size of the printable area of your stamp as it is essential to ensure legibility of printing . If you acquire a date stamp in our Company we assure a minimum range between dates of 5 years, usually being higher than indicated. Our Company reserves the right to modify the designs provided to ensure the legibility of the requested stamps.
Our urgent delivery period is 48-72 hours and 7 days for standard shipments for the entire national territory, establishing the cut-off time for order entry at 14:00 h. Any order placed after this time will be handled the next business day. For shipments abroad this period may be altered depending on the Company in charge of delivery in the destination country. The transport of the order is made through Agencies specialized in urgent transport, which guarantee a prompt and punctual service. However, if delays occur, they will not give rise to compensation to the Client. Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., we do not make deliveries on Saturdays unless requested by the client and after consulting availability for the destination town and payment of the corresponding fee for this service.

The customer agrees to enable the delivery of his order by providing a delivery address where his package can be delivered within the normal schedule of delivery of goods. In the event that the data provided is erroneous, your shipment will be returned to our facilities, not giving rise to any compensation or economic return of any kind, and you must bear the costs of the return and a new delivery if a new shipment of your order, therefore we recommend you carefully review the shipping details before confirming the order. In case of breach by the customer of this obligation DigiSellos will not have any responsibility for the delay or impossibility of delivering the order requested by the customer.
For all expeditions and depending on the type of shipment selected, the current shipping rate will apply. For special orders or transports chosen by the Client, the products will be shipped freight collectively, unless the Client wants us to manage them on their own and invoice the corresponding cost. Likewise, if the order is heavy and bulky and needs to be handled by specialized carriers, the expenses generated by said handling will be applied. These requests must be previously consulted.
During the holiday period of the current year, orders will not be served until the end of the same, at which time they will be served in strict order of arrival. The possible delays produced in this holiday period will not give rise to the return of orders in any case.
Once your order is prepared, you will be notified of the shipment by email. If for any reason there is a delay in said shipment, we will notify you of the estimated delivery time. The Recipient has the legal obligation (Art. 366 of the Commercial Code to verify the merchandise at the time of delivery and in case of visible defects, never give conformity to the merchandise, but rather make the timely claim to the carrier, by written reservation on the delivery note of the carrier.

In case of hidden damage inside the package, the claim must be made within 72 working hours of delivery, by contacting DigiSellos. The deadline for claims for non-receipt of an order will be 15 days from the day after it is shipped. Claims made afterwards will not be valid.

Returns and exchanges.
In DigiSellos we only boast of satisfied customers. Your satisfaction is our commitment and therefore if the product received is not completely to your liking we will refund your money, it's that simple! Just keep these considerations in mind:
The client will be able to use the return option as long as the product supplied is not personalized, requesting said return via E-mail to pedidos@digisellos.com , our department will indicate the process to follow, not authorizing returns that do not complete this process.
Returns made within 72 business hours of receipt of the product will be accepted. The return will only be accepted by DigiSellos if the merchandise is in perfect condition, in its original packaging, with all its accessories and without having been used. Likewise, prior notification will be necessary, by sending an email to: pedidos@digisellos.com, our Customer Service department will be in charge of approving the return if the requirements are met.

In case of return, the cost of transport will always be borne by the customer; likewise, the amount of the transport of the first delivery and other expenses such as managing reimbursements already made, will be discounted from the total amount of the return. Once the material is received in our warehouse and reviewed by our staff, the payment will be made.

Returns of the following products will not be accepted:
- Products that are the object of a special order (not included in the catalog). In the orders of unusual products in stock, returns will NOT be accepted for any reason. To find out if a product is in regular stock or not, consult our sales representatives.
- Products whose exterior has been specifically customized for the end customer.
- Products whose purchase has been made under confirmed order and that once purchased have been discontinued.
Payment Methods.
Payment can be made choosing any of the following modalities:

- Cash on delivery, with a 3% surcharge and a minimum of € 4.50 without VAT on the total value of the order (not including VAT).

- Authorizing Entity.
- Name of who authorizes it and their position in the company / institution.
- Stamp model to be manufactured.
- Units that are authorized to manufacture.
- Person authorized to make the purchase.
- Issue date of the authorization.

DigiSellos will make the appropriate authenticity checks to verify this authorization. This may delay order processing and the customer understands this to be the case.

DigiSellos will inform the competent authorities of any attempt at counterfeiting, giving the authorities all the information provided by the buyer.

In case the order has been paid, the amount will not be refunded unless they provide such authorization and the order is canceled by the usual channels referred to in our Purchase Conditions.

In case of inability to present the authorization, the amount will not be refunded under any circumstances . For orders that include other products, in addition to the seal or seals subject to the need for signed authorization, the amount of any product will not be returned nor will a partial shipment of merchandise be made, the user being able to exercise their rights by the means that the law of the Consumer protects you, notwithstanding taking legal action for the counterfeiting attempt.
